How aware are you of your own energetic vibration? This is such an important thing for us to become aware of if we aren’t already. The reason for this is because we are energy. Everything is energy. And so it is understandable that everything impacts our energetic vibration in either a positive or negative way. And for us to be our most well and vibrant self, we need to do and engage in things that allow us to raise our vibration as often as possible.
