A pioneer of the British Asian scene, his albums and hit singles were groundbreaking during an epic era of music, where the fusion of British and Asian music culture became synonymous. Now with the release of his new album Next Level, we discuss the project in full, as well as talk about racism in the 70s, backlash with our communities, dream collaborations and Cheshire Cat!
