Ep. 29 - Meet the inspirational founders of Not Just Crew

Trevor Jenkins and Simon Costello set up the the NJC 4th May 2020, during the pandemic, when thousands of aviation personnel were losing their jobs. Covid 19 has devastated the aviation industry and these two have done something amazing to help those crew.  As it stands today, in just one year, the private Facebook Group 'NJC' has over 10,000 members, from all different airlines and from all over the world... All served by these two humble heroes.

Simon is a former crew member, now working for the ambulance service.  Trevor still works for Virgin Atlantic as an onboard manager.  Listen to how they have had to face their own fears to achieve something so phenomenal and their huge plans for the future.   Lots of great tips in here for anyone facing fears of any description, including fear of flying.
