Eugene Franklin Presenting at Rosamond Johnson Beach Day

He gave this speech at the Rosamond Johnson Beach Day earlier this month in Perdido Key on Johnson Beach, which is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore. This event was held by the Perdido Key Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Gulf Islands National Seashore to honor and remember the life of Army Private Rosamond Johnson Jr.
