Mike is not only a cook, he's a hunting enthusiast and conservationist. Mike had his own pub where his own venison is cooked and sold but he understands how and why we need to cull deer for our use and benefits and the deer population as well.
Mike has a fantastic approach to hunting and conservation and has put a lot of time and effort in to showing people who and why it’s necessary
