Today, Paula Schwartz shared a wonderful story about going through an evolution of thoughts and feelings before and during the year of Covid and the events following George Floyd’s murder. She invited input from three ‘visitors’ - spirits of her past: the first was her 7-year old self, the second was her great-aunt Serena, her grandmother’s sister, who had been killed in the holocaust, and the third was her father, with whom she had always felt very close. All three gave her support to be kind to herself, in order to be impactful to the cause of justice in the world. Is there something that you have heard or long to hear in this moment from one of your ancestors or your younger self? The shares following the break-out rooms were deeply connected to this inquiry.
