From growing up in a small country town of 1000 people in rural Victoria to playing State Football for Western Australia and winning a Sandover Medal, Lachlan Delehunty has seen the highs and lows of sport. Losing a teammate to suicide had tremendous impact on his and others lives. Lachlan and I discuss how he and his club managed their way through and how it’s strengthened his club and created a new culture and such a supportive environment that every club can learn from.
