You'll hear how he put in the leg work in his marketing (often on a tight budget), and how he worked on understanding DISC profiling and built a fantastic relationship with the vendor to seal the deal.  

Danny also speaks really honestly about how important EPP's holistic approach was to him in helping with some initial family frictions surrounding his business and his working hours.
