It is important that we are intentional about holding space to emotionally support our friends. In today's episode, I talk about 5 things to do to be able to hold space for others. 5 things that you should be doing consistently that will not only improve your communication but also remove assumptions about what is needed (by your or your friend).
I mention defining your life and your needs in seasons- to find out more listen to Episode 18 on April 6th "Don't Float Through Time- Take Time to Reflect and Be Intentional. Reflect of the Season You Just Came Out of and the One You are Going Into"

My name is Tami and I am a Restoration and Confidence Coach. I am a Marriage and Family therapist turned life coach and I love it. I love working with women (and a few men) who want more from life- who are ready to move their tragedy from the center of their story to just being part of their story and reclaiming their identity. If you connect with anything that I'm saying, I would love to talk with you.
