💖 A Lost Voice | Episode 11

One of the most important tools that you can put in your toolbox when it comes to Reinventing Thy Self is finding your voice.  It’s about ripping off the tape and allowing finding strength in your voice that has been stuffed for numerous reasons.

The old adage…’Don’t judge a book by its cover” certainly applies here.  You don’t know one’s story.  One may look fabulous and all put together on the outside yet may be crumbling on the inside when it comes to your voice.

In this episode, I share some situations that happened to me that caused my voice to be lost and essentially disconnected me from my true self.  Perhaps some of these will resonate with you.

Finding a lost voice and reconnecting with your true self involves deep inner work.  It is through this inner work that makes Reinventing Thy Self so much easier no matter what the situation.
