Happiness is not easy to define but all of us know it when we feel it. While some factors that affect happiness are out of our control, there are always things that we can do to feel better!
My guest, Dr. Robert Carpenter, has extensively studied this subject and he’s developed a framework that offers insight and practices that we can use in our everyday life.
Dr. Carpenter is an author, filmmaker and Creator at DrRob.TV. He advises celebrities, pro athletes, and everyday people on how to live their best lives, and has been published in The Oxford Business Review and The Harvard Journal for Public Health, several others.
Rob’s debut self-help book, The 48 Laws of Happiness, is a mixture of science, advice and stories a la Chicken Soup for the Soul.
That’s exactly what Rob and I are going to be discussing during our conversation. We’ll get into the different facets of happiness and how we can apply the happiness laws in our life. We’ll also talk about the common blocks that tend to get in the way.
