Todays episode is a Memorial Day Meditation. This meditation is designed to create the environment to look at our outer and inner appearance and appreciate all that has been passed to us and all that we are passing to others. We work gratitude for our outer characteristics and inner values as we mindfully accept that we are a product of our conditioning and narratives. However, even though we accept that this is the picture we paint of ourselves, we can also move beyond the limits of our generational conditioning and self perception into our highest self.
