[39:42] - When moving to this career, Jed was lost and he sought knowledge and training. He had to quiet the noise and through Doren’s help, he was able to develop relationships and focus on one thing at a time.

[48:05] - This is one of the most overlooked aspects to success in this business. Al shares a personal story about one of his first mentors that opened his eyes to this.
