100 years ago, a beautiful and thriving black community in Tulsa, Oklahoma was brought to ruins as a result of wrong attitudes, racism, and hatred. The violence and injustice was hidden from the mainstream media, allowing the wound to go unhealed as justice seemed to evade the victims of the Greenwood community. Today, we acknowledge the injustice done on that day and lament over the sins of our past that are still around in our present. We ask God to move in a way that only He can: transforming our lives and land, bringing unity amongst all of us brothers and sisters.
