In this episode I speak with author, explorer, philanthropist, and humanitarian; Tom Dennard. Tom has been a personal inspiration to me since meeting him at his retreat and nature conservatory; The Hostel in the Forest, over 15 years ago. Tom and I discuss self realization through nature. We talk about the many adventures Tom has been on that include exploration of over 70 countries, hiking Everest, Kilimanjaro, The Appalachian Trail, walking in Gandhi's footsteps, and being in Berlin, Germany as the wall fell. I am excited to share the insight Tom shares with us about being better humans and how kindness towards others brings us closer to ourselves.
