his weekend, we take a look at the law that the Triune God has given us to follow. Many people, such as the Pharisees, miss the point of the law. God wants what is good for us and works through the law to benefit us. On the Sabbath Day, when the Israelites were not to work, the Lord intended to bring them rest and refreshment in him. The Lord uses the law to bless us, not to bind us. Our sermon is on 1 Samuel 21:1-6.
