Anger: a strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure, or hostility. It involves a strong uncomfortable and hostile response to a perceived hurt or threat.
The purpose of the anger emotion is to motivate a person to solve the problem that triggered the emotion. When that is accomplished, anger has served its purpose. When that isn’t accomplished the anger is suppressed, with no resolution in sight, and can negatively affect our health.
What about people that are angry all the time?
Being angry and being an angry person are two very different things and you shouldn't blame the anger emotion for not having balance in your life.
