· Curiosity
· Confirmation
· Confidence
The 3 C’s can apply to really any customer journey as they evaluate your product or service. They start out Curious, then have Confirmation, then are Confident.
It’s important that you realize that about your customer and you realize that about yourself when doing something knew.
