One of the biggest thing I see with young entrepreneurs is they know what the want to do and they know why they want to do it.
What I've noticed they've lacked is a strong sense of self-awareness, self-efficacy, and self-management.
In other words, they know their 'why' and they don't know their 'who.'
Having a deep understanding of who you are will help in understanding those around you resulting in a strong emotional connection.
This is especially true for leaders.
Are you really a leader if there is no one following you?
Knowing the why to what you are doing is so important however knowing who you are will bring a level of confidence and happiness in your life that may be lacking.
