26: The Root Chakra

This is the first in the chakra series!

In Episode 26, I am talking about the root chakra. I want these to be accessible, so they are just the basics!

Updates

• I am continuing my series of 7 weekly Group Distance Quantum Reiki and Crystal healing sessions called Journey through the Chakras. We will focus on the third eye chakra this Wednesday, June 9 at 9pm EDT. You can sign up for $3.33 per session! (regularly $33.33!).
