Our "Summer of Cyborg" event continues as the 00 Cyborgs encounter old friends and confront new enemies (sometimes, they are one in the same...) First, we delve into 004's backstory and see how it colors his perspective on the ongoing Black Ghost conflict. Next, 009 returns to his old neighborhood while searching for a kidnapped Dr. Kozumi. Things have changed in Tokyo, however, and the 00 Cyborg are forced to face their toughest opponent yet. Finally, something happens involving a giant octopus.
