Many of the things we do each day are done without thinking. Like I mentioned in last week's episode, we live on autopilot much of our day. Some of these things we do are habits that aren't serving us. It can feel daunting to "break a habit". So most of us don't. Or we do and then fail and eventually give up trying. I've found my replacing the "bad habit" with a new habit a really effective method. But in order to do that, you have to ask yourself 2 questions.
