Episode 60: The Enrichment Approach with Bo Jackson, Adolescence and High School Sports
For the month of June, I have talked about adolescent issues I had in high school. I started with my own joke about competing with intensity. Then I used a quote from American baseball and football all-star Bo Jackson. Next, I talked about adolescence and identity.
In this week's RITE OF PASSAGE EXPERIENCES or ROPE, I am talking about how I was included and excluded in sports in high school. I attended a competitive college preparatory religious private school in New Jersey. I talked about watching football as a high school statistician in the press box. Also talked about other New York sports figures from the 1980s.
