I love having not having to plan something out and cook and clean and do all the things necessary to have a meal at home. Sometimes I love going out to eat, but how do we go out to eat and stay on plan?
How do we go out to eat and enjoy the food restaurant food and know what we should be eating?
This is kind of a big deal, right?
Especially when we have thyroid or food restrictions or things like that, because one of the things that we will fall off track with is going out to eat right, or life gets busy and, oh my gosh, I got to go through the drive-through or whatever.
