If you're in school check out the gyms (it's usually free) and get a buddy.
3. Don't focus on the numbers...
Ditch the scale! Focus on how you feel.
4. Don't fall for influencers' "miracle" products...
Save your money. Hard work and dedication are the miracle products.
5. Eat before partying...
Have a real meal and drink lots of water. Trust us you'll have a better morning.
6. Experiment with different workouts...
100 crunches everyday isn't the only answer. Try different activities to find what you ENJOY doing.
