We're in an industry where simply charging a commission rate isn't the end of the story. Consumers are scrutinizing more and more, and with good reason, as not all real estate professionals are created equal. It is incumbent on you to justify and be confident in your value and that's what we're talking about today.

This episode isn't a pep talk, it's a wake up call. You need to understand that simply offering 'the basics' might not cut it anymore. If you want to earn top dollar, you need to back it up - and it's not just about taking nicer pictures.
