Kortney went through life ticking boxes - degree, kids, marriage, career as an aerospace engineer and quickly became an overachiever who neglected herself.
Through her journey she has been through great highs of achievement and validation and lows of an eating disorder, a crumbled marriage and feeling unfilled.
Now Kortney is a life coach who helps women who crave more from their life to rediscover who they are and get clear on what they want so they can create a life they're excited to wake up to!
