Coming from an inner city I've been no stranger to violence in my community. Unfortunately for many others who grow up in urban environments such as myself, violence is something that you begin to become desensitized to. This episode speaks to the experience of dealing with grief, PTSD, and survivors guilt as an individual growing up in an urban setting.
