Even if you have all the knowledge when it comes to health and fitness it can be difficult to get into the habit and routine of making health a priority.
It takes knowledge, skill and ability to truly become healthy. It’s not just what you know, it’s how you apply that knowledge daily to compound the positive effects of your healthy practices.
In this short Myles falls on the sword and admits to his failings but commits to improving his health habits. While he is a phenomenal cook and eats well - fresh, healthy and beautiful food he knows he must add back in consistent movement to get his overall health where he wants it.
It’s important to establish routines of health that are based on the “first things first” principle. Eat well. Move often. Get sunshine. Sleep deeply. Habits in these for areas build the foundation for overall health and wellness. Pills, supplements, etc should be the LAST thing you think about when it comes to prioritizing health. Start small, but start RIGHT by getting movement and great food, deep sleep and plenty of sunshine. EVOLVE!
