He is the founder of the Marketing Analytics Summit (eMetrics Summit), co-founder of the Digital Analytics Association, and creator of the Analytics Cohorts mutual mentorship program.
We discuss Jim's story, how customers' interactions with businesses has changed after the internet became a thing, and different ways to get involved in the marketing world (along with some great stories).
