Markets in Green, US Solar See Gains Off of Potential China Barring

S&Ps have begun to regain some momentum with Tesla up in premarket and First Solar climbing higher as the US said it was on verge of barring some solar products made in China’s Xinjiang region.

The dollar, along with yields on 10-year treasuries, have remained steady and oil has held gains above $73 a barrel.
