E92: Disrupting the Black Book of Contacts in Healthcare - John Lodge (Hexitime Co-Founder)

In this week’s episode we meet John, who shares his transition from the military into healthcare. We discuss his first impressions of the NHS, his role as Head of Quality Improvement for London and why he believes every healthcare professional has so much more to offer outside their job description. John has delivered change programmes at a national, regional and provider level in the NHS and wider public sector.
