Ep.24A: Weekly Comic Pull List, The Bad Batch ep9, + Harley Quinn: The Eat, Bang, Kill Tour!

Another Monday, another podcast "A" episode! This week starts off with the usual Pull list, where we have a handful of annuals and anniversary issues, a handful of #1's, and some great indie and cape comics!
After the pull list, I'm delighted to go over the most recent episode of Star Wars' The Bad Batch on Disney+, which was episode 9! This one was probably my favorite episode of the show yet, and there are a lot of cool reveals to be discussed!
Finally, I end the episode on some Harley Quinn discussion, specifically revolving around the often continued "queer coding" of her character. While Harley and Ivy officially came "out" as romantic partners recently in canon, I go over a little of the history of their relationship, the problem with writing off queer characters, and of course, the Harley Quinn animated series' new upcoming comic, Harley Quinn: The Eat, Bang, Kill Tour! If the title alone doesn't get you, I have plenty of other reasons you might fid this series enjoyable.
I'll be back this coming Friday, JULY 2nd, for episode 24B, which will focus on Loki ep4, the comic book pick list, and whatever is newsworthy in he industry between now and then! In the meantime, stay hydrated, and get sweaty about comics!
