Krysta Palmer has had dreams of going to the Olympics since she was 5 years old. Her journey to reaching that goal has been anything BUT what she expected it to be.
Krysta started her Olympic journey at the young age of 5 years old in the sport of gymnastics. After a series of knee injuries in her teenage years, she transitioned her dreams to the sport of trampoline. More Injuries kept her from pursuing trampoline, but just when she was prepared to give up her dreams and go to School full time, she discovered diving at the age of 20. Now, 9 years later, Krysta has become the first woman to qualify for two different diving events in the same Olympic games.
Krysta’s story is one of dedication, perseverance, and mental toughness. She shared with us many of the lessons she’s learned along the way, and how she stays motivated and positive, no matter what life throws her way.
