Saxon Barbar calls upon the kids one last time to help them destroy the Vigilance League. It's 1993 and heroes are darker and edgier than ever, killing because it's faster and easier. Nobody wants any of that so the heroes move to the park to try and bring forth the horrible truth about the heroes of that era. But can they get through it?
