Just thinking about the word Meditation can bring feelings of calm but also possibly anxiety for some of us.
My perfectionist self has struggled for years with that feeling of “not doing it right”. I put off meditation because it felt overwhelming to have to be quiet and still for a certain amount of time. Just the commitment of the practice can feel overwhelming.
