I went to therapy yesterday and came away with a sheet of Unhelpful Thinking Styles that I'm supposed to remember so I can notice when I'm exhibiting one of them. I'm really happy with it, and it definitely feels like a step in the right direction, but also sometimes I feel like the reason I'm sad is less about the things that I'm telling myself, and more about the fact that things are demonstrably shit. I had some fun with this one.
