The fear contagion and how disclosure starts with self

This episode was from a direct conversation I had with Ascended Master Sanat Kumara. He is known as the regent of earth and his main goal is to help humanity ascend. He had such interesting perspectives to share about what is happening with the timelines on earth, more specifically how humanities timeline and mother earths timeline are not aligned at the moment. This is the reason why many of the energies seem so off and difficult to calibrate to.
