This episode deals the age old experience of the human mind and its ability to deal or not deal with habits, we sometimes ignore them because they become an integral part of our daily output, we are sometimes even enslaved. However, there is hope for all of us to overcome, to manage and change even the most intimate of habits. Consciously we can be better than our like ness of habits, we do not have to allow them to define us, we can create and form newer and better practices for the future as we build and grow individually. There are more possibilities for growth internally than there is for mimicking untried and untested failures externally. Finally, we can imitate only that which truly defines us and not which maybe popular or acceptable; we can make our own rules for our fulfilled levels of success.
