Let’s be honest... Most people don't put enough focus on their lower body and that's bad in a lot of different ways. Even women dislike stick legs and flat ass, so training your legs only 1 day a week, even though you put 3-5 days on the upper body is not good.
But today I’m going to talk about how I'm training legs and you'll discover how I've added 1.5 inches to my legs in less than 1 year! I've managed to do that only after I switched my training and started doing high reps. If you think about it, people who have big quads, people who do speed skating or cyclists, all of them are doing high reps.
