In this episode, I share how I have been looking back at my journals and will be sharing over the next few weeks some of what I wrote back when I was trapped and in the yuck of my drinking days. It inspired me to talk about the idea of simply noticing. We really can't make choices to change if we don't take the time to notice first. We must listen to what's on repeat in our minds so that we can take the next step.
