In this episode, Lauren interviews Kelly Broderick who is the creator of a/dash which is a cold brew coffee. Kelly is a mother, wife, sister, and former athlete. An Illinois native that now resides in Nashville, TN with her husband, Andrew, and son, Brady(4). Kelly has over 10 years of experience working within CPG for BevAlc leaders with noted expertise in distributor management, new product launches, budgeting, P&L management, and forecasting within multiple states and regions. Her passion for health and wellbeing has been lifelong as a Division I athlete, but her struggle with mental health postpartum sparked her pursuit of holistic nutrition and herbal medicine. She co-founded a|dash with her sister Megan as a way to make wellness more convenient and accessible for everyone.
