A Healer's Approach to Issues of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: A Conversation with Ivor Edmonds
In this week's episode, we have the opportunity to hear from Ivor Edmonds, MHA of Sága. Ivor is a trauma-informed systems builder and master practitioner who has dedicated his career to addressing wellness and trauma healing in oppressed and marginalized populations. He has 20 years of experience working with gangs and troubled youth, homeless populations, victims of violent crime, survivors of trauma and rape, addicts, the mentally ill, and seniors.
Ivor's definition of “wellness” involves trauma healing, racial justice, and respect for the harmonious dialogue of energies in nature.
