👉Eating One Meal A Day (OMAD) Is Stupid & Unhealthy!
I’ve had probably have a dozen guys ask me what I think about the One Meal A Day diet?
One person was telling me about all the health benefits.
Another said how it helped them lose weight.
Two people said how they loved the freedom and the fact they could eat whatever they wanted.
So for those of you who don’t know, the One Meal A Day (OMAD) diet is like an extreme version of Intermittent Fasting. You basically just eat once a day. That’s it. And it’s usually like dinner, where you can be social and go out on a date or with friends.
In fact, I know of two, very well-known doctors who follow it - one of them being a cardiologist.
However, I’m not here to drop names or say anything negative about anyone, especially because I like a lot of what these two doctors say - of course, they make a lot of mistakes too based on misinformed generalities.
