Presently, Sam is the Founder and Chief Motivating Officer at Ignite the Dream Coaching and Consulting, a platform that engages his audience to define their path. This could be for individuals seeking to better understand and appreciate who they are, budding entrepreneurs looking for insights to build their ideas into action, to schools needing someone to creatively build programs that engage students and companies looking for a more engaged workforce and creating a more transformational business.

He appreciates education and is a lecturer at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University where he blends academic and professional experiences into a rich environment that captivates his audience. He co-founded a non-profit that supported school career centres and thousands of students who needed career support. Sam’s purpose is to help people uncover their true path.
Finally, he is an accomplished and sought after speaker and has two TEDx talks to his name and speaks at conferences, seminars and workshops about 30-35 times a year. Added to his speaking is the book he recently wrote about his journey to India to find his ancestral roots with little else than a photograph and determination. The book is called, ‘Lost and Found: Seeking the Past and Finding Myself’.
