How do you know you‘re listening?

This subject turned out to be quite complicated. Sure there are elements of listening. I've written about them in my books and Tim shared them at the start of this conversation. Active listening is a pretty common idea. But if you start thinking about those things during a conversation you most certainly are not listening.
