Since the release of the planning white paper, a number of policies including the new standard methodology, affordable housing exemptions and permission in principle on small sites have already been vetoed and adapted. As reports anticipate further culling of controversial zoning and targets, industry experts weigh in on the biggest priorities for reform and accompanying new legislation in the coming months.
