Laura is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with a degree in Sociology and Psychology, Laura focuses on the overall well being of her clients. She is a Certified Life Coach, with a background in sports.
Laura’s goal is to teach people how to view food as fuel and not the enemy. Living a well rounded lifestyle is the way to live a full and healthy life.
Growing up Laura had a love for sports and was a well rounded athlete playing hockey, soccer, and equestrian. While attending Dalhousie, Laura played for the Dalhousie Tigers where she Captained the team for 4 years, and finishing her hockey carrier with a CIS All Canadian.
As a busy working mom of two Laura understands the limited time people have to cook and prepare meals, but also knows the importance of healthy eating. Many moms especially put their needs aside for their kids - like to stress the fact that a healthy mom is what kids need, and what mom needs in order to keep up with their kids.
Laura’s practice is focused around energy management through food, and mindset training. Her passion is helping guide people to find clarity in doing what truly brings them joy.
