Does learning from a mistake mean you need to label it a mistake? If you end up with a similar "wrong" outcome, did you not learn? If you are anything like me, you've had lots of opportunities to make the "same" mistake a different way.
This week I posed the same question to two different groups of experts. It was interesting to see how the conversations differed.
