This week, let’s take the next step and talk about how we are going to declutter our bodies in order to Set our Spirits on Fire! Let’s try to see if we can break it down even further and give ourselves the motivation to take the literal first steps in making us a healthier being, from the inside out!
Actually, I’m going to rephrase that. Let’s do more than just TRY! I’m tired of trying but not reaching the goals I set or where I want to be.
As Yoda says “Do or Do Not. There is No Try.” And you must listen to me, for this is the way. For those of you who are Star Wars Nerds like me and watch the Mandalorian, you’ll get the reference. 😊

When you think about decluttering your body, what is the first thing you think of? For me, it would be the word “Purge.” For others, it might mean to detoxify. That’s a popular catch phrase in the health and wellness world isn’t it?
I’m going to give you some helpful tips to dive in, get messy, and revamp ourselves as we declutter and purge the sludge keeping us rooted in quicksand – the laziness that’s dragging us under and keeping us from living our best life!
